BF2:Manually Set Map Size

So you want to play with 16 players on a 64 player map? Or maybe 64 players on the 32 player maps?

Well then: Go into your My Documents\Battlefield 2\ServerConfigs\ and open the _mapList.con file.

Edit each line so that it goes from:

MapList.append zatar_wetlands gpm_cq

to this:

MapList.append zatar_wetlands gpm_cq 32

Then save it and make sure you make the file read only. Now the server will use the 32 player versions. Also works for forcing 64 and 16 player maps.
