BF2:Third Party Browser Support

From BattleWiki

Third party browser support has been made possible since the release of the 1.01 patch via both XFire [1] and Yahoo! All Seeing Eye[2]

FYI, I beleive no third party browsers support joining games with passwords.

Both track friends and favorite servers and so on (features notably missing from BF2 itself).

Yahoo ASE is $15 a year, the trial version works but only allows you track 4 friends and may have other limitations.

Xfire is free.

There have been reports lately of strangeness with xfire and bf2, when joining from xfire people are saying that they lose their unlocks and rank, but when joining the same server via the ingame browser the unlock is back.

Qtracker works well too and is free[3]
